How To:

How Concall works:

1. A person in jail calls a local telephone number provided by Concall.
2. They put in their Concall_id and press # (pound) once prompted.
3. Press a key to make a long distance call to a person on their call list. 
4. End the call by pressing the '*' (star) if there is no answer, an answering machine, or when they're done talking.
5. You will automatically be returned to your menu to make more calls.
6. Multiple long distance calls can be made as long as the inmate does not hang up.

Instructions for the person on the outside:

1. Sign into concall.ca and make a payment. 
2. Click "My numbers"
3. Add up to 3 numbers for the person on the inside to call
4. Let the person on the inside know a local Concall number to their jail and their Concall_ID

Instructions for the person on the inside:

1. Dial a Concall number that is local to their jail and wait for the prompt.
2. Enter the Concall_ID and press #
3. Follow the voice prompts to make long distance calls
